“From pasture to sale, raised on tradition." 

Clinton was born and raised on the family cattle ranch in Floresville, TX with his three siblings. He was taught from an early age to care for the land and the animals first, and they will care for you. Grit and hard work allowed the ranch to grow and flourish into what it is today. A visit to the local veterinary clinic allowed him to meet and fall in love with a veterinarian. Clinton and Heather were married in 2012 and have three children that are also no stranger to ranching. While being a second-generation rancher, Clinton has had to learn to adapt to the changing times. During Covid when meat counters were empty, he began marketing and selling their beef to individuals, rather than just larger operations. They have enjoyed getting to know people on an individual basis and seeing so many repeat customers. Customers have also loved picking up their beef to see the cattle grazing free choice on grass pastures.  Clinton and Heather also believe in investing in the next generation, and proudly support Sacred Heart Catholic School and other local youth organizations. Any downtime as a family is spent horseback riding, camping, hunting, and traveling.
